* Agreed to further promote JRCP through appropriate measures, such as raising the fund or increasing the number of projects, and to encourage the private sector to participate in JRCP.
* Identified the priorities of the 4th and 5th rounds of JRCP as water cycle, disaster prevention, and environment.
* Emphasized the significance of enhanced exchanges among researchers.
* Welcomed the establishment of the website for the annual Young Researchers Workshop to emphasize the importance of exchange among researchers and of holding the Workshop.
* Decided to organize the 2nd Green Technology Forum on the strength of success of the 1st Forum in Jeju, ROK in 2010.
* Confirmed to hold the 4th Ministerial Meeting in ROK in 2014.
