The 5th Tripartite Customs Heads’ Meeting (TCHM) was held on October 31, 2015 in Seoul, ROK. The three delegations were headed respectively by Mr. KIM Nak-hoe, the Commissioner of the Korea Customs Service; Mr. SAGAWA Nobuhisa, Director-General of the Customs and Tariff Bureau, Ministry of Finance, Japan; and Mr. YU Guangzhou, Customs Commissioner-General of the General Administration of Custom of China (GACC).
At the meeting, the three customs authorities exchanged in-depth discussions on the topics such as trade facilitation and Intellectual Property infringement, and affirmed the importance of trilateral customs cooperation.
