The Trilateral Cooperation Secretariat (TCS) Open House 2013 was convened on May 16, 2013, with the aim of promoting the TCS and trilateral cooperation to the general public. Featuring the traditional tea ceremony of the Republic of Korea, Japan and the People’s Republic of China, this trilateral event was hosted by the TCS with supports from the Korea China Association for Cultural Exchange.
The TCS Open House started with the opening remarks by Secretary-General, Amb. SHIN Bong-kil’s. After that, Korean Tea Culture Association, Urasenke Seoul Branch and Tae Tea Group served Korean, Japanese and Chinese tea respectively and more than 100 people enjoyed the performances with the TCS staff. Also, there were exhibition and quiz sessions related to the TCS and trilateral cooperation, as well as lucky draw with the prize of Korean tea set.
