Others DSG LEE Jong-heon Attended the Opening Ceremony of Trilateral Cooperation Studies Center at Dalian University of Foreign Languages (DUFC) 2014-09-20

On September 20, 2014, Deputy Secretary-General Lee Jong-heon attended the opening ceremony of Trilateral Cooperation Studies Center at Dalian University of Foreign Languages (DUFC) and delivered a congratulatory remark. 

In his remark, DSG LEE expressed appreciation for DUFL’s efforts in promoting trilateral cooperation and the hope that the establishment of the Trilateral Cooperation Studies Center will inject new impetus into the trilateral cooperation. The TCS will jointly work with DUFL and other universities and research institutes of the three countries by conducting researches, organizing Track II dialogues, academic conferences and other activities so as to provide more intellectual support to the trilateral cooperation.  

This is the second Trilateral Cooperation Studies Center established in China. DUFL is devoted to develop the Center into 1) a research base for trilateral cooperation in the fields of history, culture, language, literature, education, economy and trade, 2) a think tank for strategic cooperation among the three countries, and 3) a training base for top diplomatic talents who are experts of Japan and Korean affairs.
