Others TCS Board Members Paid a Courtesy Visit to China National Tourism Administration

On November 24, 2015, TCS board members paid a courtesy call on Mr. LI Shihong, Vice Chairman of China National Tourism Administration, and exchanged views on the measures to further promote trilateral cooperation on tourism.
Secretary-General YANG Houlan of the TCS identified the important role of tourism in expending people-to-people exchange. He encouraged the China National Tourism Administration to take the initiative in implementing the outcomes on tourism of 6th Trilateral Summit, especially “Visit East Asia Campaign” and the goal of increasing the mutual visits among the three countries up to 30 million by 2020.
Mr. LI Shihong expressed his willingness to make the efforts on relevant follow-ups of the Trilateral Summit as well as strengthen the partnership with the TCS in this regard. He also showed his expectation on the TCS to take the role in facilitating the smooth mutual exchange and increase the airlines among the three countries for creating the better tourism environment.
The two sides agreed to keep close contact with each other for exploring future collaboration.
