Others TCS Board Members Paid a Courtesy Visit to the Cabinet Office of Japan

On December 15, 2015, the Trilateral Cooperation Secretariat (TCS) Board Members visited the Cabinet Office (CAO) of Japan and exchanged views on trilateral disaster management cooperation with Mr. KATO Hisayoshi, Director-General of Disaster Management Bureau.
TCS Secretary-General YANG Houlan expressed sincere appreciation for CAO’s continued support for the TCS’ work in promoting trilateral cooperation on disaster management. SG Yang assured that the TCS stands ready to follow up the Ministers’ Meeting by continuing existing projects such as the Trilateral Table Top Exercise (TTX) on Disaster Management and exploring new projects such as training programs as well as joint visits to post-disaster reconstruction areas.
Director General KATO highly appreciated the TCS’ active role in strengthening disaster management and disaster risk reduction of the three countries. He ensured that the CAO will continuously coordinate with the TCS to contribute to the trilateral cooperation in this field.
