5th China-Japan-ROK FTA Seminar

The Trilateral Cooperation Secretariat (TCS) will host the 5th China-Japan-the Republic of Korea (ROK) FTA Seminar at Novotel Beijing Peace on Wednesday, September 19, 2018.


CJK FTA Seminar is one of the main events that TCS holds to support the trade and economic cooperation among China, Japan, and the ROK. Since 2012, the 1.5-track platform has brought together government officials, prominent scholars, business representatives to exchange insights on CJK FTA from various perspectives, to provide reference to the negotiations, and to promote significance and public understanding of CJK FTA.


The 5th Seminar aims to discuss CJK FTA in the regional and global context. Distinguished guests from China, Japan, the ROK, as well as other countries in the Asia-Pacific region will share deep understanding and have thorough discussions about opportunities, challenges, and future directions of FTA, global trade and economic cooperation.


The TCS is an international organization established by the governments of China, Japan, and the ROK with a vision to promote peace and common prosperity among the three countries and Northeast Asia.
