Jilin University Delegation headed by Mr. LI Yuanyuan, President of Jilin University and Academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, visited the TCS on October 23, 2018. Secretary-General LEE Jong-heon welcomed the Delegation and discussed cooperation with the Delegation with a focus on people-to-people exchange.
Recalling the two parties' meeting in July this year, agreements were reached in terms of the necessity and possibility of deepening cooperation between the TCS and the Jilin University in the future. Over 72 years of endeavor and development, Jilin University has built a wide spectrum of disciplines as a large-scale comprehensive university in China. Future cooperation between the two parties will bring win-win outcomes to both.
Secretary-General LEE highly appreciated Jilin University’s continuous support to TCS’s work, especially its contribution to the CAMPUS Asia Program, which is a successful example of trilateral cooperation.
The TCS is fully aware of the importance of talents and is always committed to the promotion of talents exchange among China, Japan and the ROK. The TCS will continue to provide necessary support to its partners in the above areas.
